Welcome to our corner of the real estate world. I'm so glad you're here.
It's hard to believe we are in our 18th year in the business and it's been a wild ride. Those of you in the business from 2007 know what I am talking about!
Each day I am amazed with the agents we have attracted to ERG, many of which are like family. Here, we have a culture of sharing ideas, feedback, support and a good time. Because when you are having fun, it doesn't feel like work!
I am committed to the success of our agents and that is why I continue to education myself. I believe there aren't any stupid questions and if I don't know the answer, I have an extensive network that is sure to! My favorite part about my role here is working with the agents. Whether it's in a coaching situation, lending an ear when something isn't going quite right or finding a solution with them. Not only can I pass on what I have learned over the years, I also gain so much insight from our agents' experiences. Learning is a two way street.
Over the years, we have only added services and training for our agents without changing our fee structure. What I am most proud of, is our continued support of the DuPage PADS organization in the fight to end homelessness.

Working with your timeline, we make this transition meeting in person or from your sofa via Zoom and DocuSign. The process is easy and streamlined.
